Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

• Must have all original packaging, including tags, protective materials, seals, shrink wrapping, stickers, and any included accessories.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

If your return meets these conditions, you may initiate the return process.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@mcwholesalers.com.au with the following details:

• Your order number.

• Reason for return.

• Supporting images (if applicable).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs.

All returns must be sent via registered post, and tracking details must be shared with MC Wholesalers before dispatching the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items purchased on clearance or sale.

• Custom or special-order products.

• Gift cards.

• Items that have been misused, abused, or handled improperly.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• If the refund is rejected due to non-compliance with our return policy, we will return the product to you at your cost.

• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@mcwholesalers.com.au.

Deductions on Refunds

• If the return is due to a change of mind, we may deduct the original shipping costs from your refund.

• A 10% restocking fee may apply at our discretion.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different model or variation, the fastest way is to:

1. Return the original item following our return process.

2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please look over your order as soon as you get it delivered. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
