Warranty Policy
At Mc Wholesalers Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring our customers have confidence in their purchase. All ride-on toys and related products are supplied with a limited warranty covering technical faults and genuine manufacturer defects.
Warranty Coverage Period
6-Month Warranty – Applies to significant technical faults that affect the normal operation and drivability of the product.
3-Month Battery Warranty – Batteries must be charged regularly to maintain performance. Failure to charge over extended periods will shorten battery life, which is not covered under warranty.
> Once the warranty period has expired, items are no longer covered – regardless of whether the product has been used or unused.
Covered Components
- Motors
- Electronic control modules
- Chargers
- Remote controls
- Batteries (3 months only)
Structural parts, but only when proven to be defective due to manufacturing issues (not misuse or overloading).
Exclusions – What Is Not Covered
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- Overloading or use beyond the product’s recommended limits
- Water exposure or moisture-related damage (do not wash control panels, switches, or wiring)
- Music units, LED lights, decorative features, or other non-essential accessories
- Metal components (e.g., axles, suspension, wheels) unless proven to be defective from manufacturing.
Note: If parts are damaged outside of warranty coverage, we can assist with sourcing replacement parts from our suppliers (lead times may apply).
Warranty Claim Process
1. Provide proof of purchase (invoice, order number, or receipt).
2. Contact our support team with clear details of the fault.
3. Photos or videos may be requested to assist in diagnosis.
4. Our staff will guide you through troubleshooting and provide spare parts where possible. In some cases, video assistance may be offered.
Resolution Steps
- Repair First: We will always prioritise repair options.
- Replacement: If repair is not possible and the product is confirmed faulty, a replacement may be arranged.
- Return Requirement: The original unit must be returned to us for inspection before any replacement can be finalised.
Shipping Responsibility
Within warranty: Mc Wholesalers Pty Ltd covers shipping costs for parts or repairs.
After warranty: Customers are responsible for both the cost of replacement parts and all associated shipping.
For warranty claims requiring full product returns, customers may either:
Deliver the product directly to our warehouse at 4/4 Integration Court, Truganina VIC, or Ship the item to us at their own expense.
Important Notes for Customers
Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Warranty support applies only within the stated periods. Once expired, no coverage applies, regardless of whether the product was used.
We will continue to assist customers beyond the warranty period by offering replacement parts at a reasonable cost whenever possible.
