Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on location:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

MC Wholesalers is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
