Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Must have all original packaging, including tags, protective materials, seals, shrink wrapping, stickers, and any included accessories.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs.
All returns must be sent via registered post, and tracking details must be shared with MC Wholesalers before dispatching the item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards.

Items that have been misused, abused, or handled improperly.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is rejected due to non-compliance with our return policy, we will return the product to you at your cost.

Deductions on Refunds

If you need to exchange an item for a different model or variation, the fastest way is to:

Damaged or Defective Items
Please look over your order as soon as you get it delivered. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
