Overview
Product returns cannot be made by the Customer without the prior knowledge and approval of Mc Wholesalers. To request a repair, replacement, or refund for a product, please contact us, and we will explain the requirements to you. This may include providing proof of purchase and evidence of the faulty product.
Return
Customers may return unopened products sold and fulfilled by Mc Wholesalers within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Any additional costs for delivery or redelivery will be at the customer’s expense unless Mc Wholesalers determines that an incorrect or defective item has been received. The total refund amount will be the purchase price of the product, less the actual shipping costs incurred by us, as determined by the relevant postage company if such costs exceed our delivery fee as stated on the Website or any invoice issued by us. If the actual shipping costs incurred do not exceed the delivery fee, the total refund amount will be the purchase price of the product, less the delivery fee. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used to purchase the product. If a product is found not to be defective, we will return the product to you.
All returns should be sent via registered post, with the customer providing Mc Wholesalers with tracking details before dispatching the item. Returns received in a damaged state will not be accepted. Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, including seals, shrink wrapping, protective materials, stickers, and any attachments or accessories, to be accepted for return under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Special or custom-made orders placed by customers are not eligible for return or exchange. Products returned under warranty and deemed by Mc Wholesalers to have been misused, abused, or subjected to inappropriate handling will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Mc Wholesalers may charge a 10% restocking fee on returned products due to a change of mind at its discretion. All returned products must arrive undamaged and in a saleable condition.
You have a duty of care for the product while it is in your possession. If you damage products and then return them, you may be liable for the cost of repairing the product to its original condition. In cases where repair is not economically viable, no refund will be issued.
